The Virginia She Served Business Builder (VS2B2)

Supporting Women in the Military Community Through Business Growth & Entrepreneurship

The Virginia She Served Business Builder Initiative (VS2B2), created by the Office of the Director at the Virginia Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity (SBSD), is a no-cost business development program designed to support women in the military community who are growing and strengthening their businesses.

The program is open to:
  • active-duty women service members,
  • women reservists,
  • women veterans,
  • and military or veteran spouses who have owned and operated a business for at least one year.

VS2B2 was created to help participants navigate the unique challenges faced by entrepreneurs connected to military service while building the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed for long-term business success.
